Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients


1 stick of butter
1 oz. cream cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp season salt
Kosher Salt to taste
Pepper optional

Directions

Add butter, cream cheese and heavy cream to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat through, stirring frequently until melted and well combined. Increase heat to medium high and garlic powder, season salt and parmesan cheese. Once parmesan is melted, reduce heat until mixture has thickened; approximately 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over a 1 pound of choice of cooked pasta and chicken if desired.

Cheesy Beanie Weenie Casserole

Ingredients


2 14 oz. Cans of Brown Sugar Baked Beans
1 Package of Hot Dogs
1 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375°. Spray a medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In mixing bowl, combine Baked Beans, Ketchup & Brown Sugar. Cut Hot Dogs into slices and fold into mixing bowl. Transfer to baking dish and cover with aluminum foil Bake for 20 minutes, uncover and top with Cheese. Return to oven until Cheese is melted.

Quick Chicken & Dumplings

Ingredients


5 Cups of Water
1 Can Cream of Chicken
2 Can Chicken
1/2 TBSP Chicken Base
1/2 TSP Lawrys Season Salt
1 Can Layers Buttermilk Biscuits
Flour

Directions


Add Water, Cream of Chicken, Canned Chicken, Chicken Base & Season Salt to a large pot and bring to a boil and stir well.
Separate biscuit layers into 3 layers and cut into 3 or 4 pieces. Flour pieces to coat and add to pot as you go. Poke Dumplings down in liquid as necessary. Once all dumplings are added to the pot, reduce heat and stir gently for about 20 minutes.

Ranch Style Beans

John Soules Fajita Chicken

Head Country BBQ Sauce

Grape Tomatoes

Sour Cream


Directions

Cut Chicken into bite size pieces and coat with BBQ Sauce & set aside Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Add a layer of Tortilla Chips Sprinkle Tortilla Chips with Lawry’s Season Salt Cover Tortilla Chips with Fiesta Blend Cheese Add desired amount of BBQ Chicken and Ranch Style Beans Place in pre-heated 350 degree oven until cheese is completely melted Top with sliced Grape Tomatoes Add desired amount of Sour Cream
