Mom Mom’s PA Dutch Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Ingredients


1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
3 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Sticks of Butter
2 Lbs. Powdered Sugar
Melting Chocolate
Melting White Chocoloate
Food Coloring

Directions

Mix Cream Cheese, Creamy Peanut Butter, Butter and Powdered Sugar in a mixer until well combined. Scoop mixture with a cookie scoop and shape into Egg form, and place on cookie sheet. Freeze until eggs are firm. Dip into melted chocolate. Melt small amounts of white chocolate and stir in food coloring. Repeat for all 4 colors of coloring. Drizzle over top of eggs.


Josh’s Favorite Pringle and Spanish Peanut Candy

Ingredients


1 Can of Plain Pringles
1 Package of Almond Bark
1 Can of Spanish Peanuts

Directions


Melt Almond Bark a little bit at a time in the microwave. This will allow you to avoid burning and scorching.
Crush Pringles and add to melted Almond Bark
Add Spanish Peanuts
Stir together all ingredients until coated.
Turn out on wax paper. Let set until hardened. Can also put it in the refrigerator to set quickly.
Once set, break into bite size pieces.
