3 Cans Pineapple Chunks
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Flour
1 entire wrapper of Ritz Crackers
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350°.
Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.
In a separate bowl, combine Sugar, Cheese and Flour.
Add Pineapple Chunks and Crushed Pineapple to bowl and stir will to coat.
In a separate bowl, melt butter and add crushed Crackers and stir to combine.
Put Pineapple mixture in casserole dish and top with Buttered Cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
